Wallseller provides an online marketplace that gives buyers and sellers an opportunity to buy and sell goods.

The actual contract of sale is directly between the Buyer and Seller. Wallseller is not a party to the sales contract between the Buyer and Seller and does not assume responsibility for the obligations arising from that contract.

The Buyer and Seller are solely responsible for their transactions, including product listings, product descriptions, warranties, delivery arrangements, and other matters relating to the sale.

Wallseller is not directly involved in transactions between Users. Wallseller may, at its discretion, pre-screen Users, Content, or information submitted by Users.

Wallseller reserves the right to remove Content or information posted on the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service and applicable policies. Wallseller cannot guarantee that Users will complete any transaction.

1.3 Acceptance of Terms

Before becoming a User of the Site, you must read and accept these Terms of Service and any additional terms, policies, or documents linked to them.

By using the Site or Services, you consent to the processing of your personal information as described in the Wallseller Privacy Policy.

1.4 Changes to the Services


Wallseller reserves the right to change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or Services at any time, subject to applicable law.

Wallseller may also introduce certain Services or features in beta or testing versions. Such features may not operate in the same manner as the final version.

Wallseller may impose reasonable limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Site or Services where permitted by applicable law.

Wallseller reserves the right to refuse access to the Site or Services or to refuse the creation of an Account where permitted by applicable law.

BY USING WALLSELLER SERVICES OR CREATING AN ACCOUNT, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY ADDITIONAL TERMS, CONDITIONS, POLICIES, AND GUIDELINES REFERENCED OR LINKED HEREIN.


IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE WALLSELLER SERVICES OR ACCESS THE SITE.


If you are under 18 years of age, or under the legal age required to provide consent under the applicable laws of your country, you must obtain permission from your parent or legal guardian before creating an Account or using the Services.


2. PRIVACY

2.1 Privacy Policy


Your privacy is important to Wallseller. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and process information associated with your Account and your use of the Services.


By using the Services or providing information through the Site, you:

Users must only use such information for legitimate purposes connected with the Services and must take reasonable measures to protect it against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.


3. LIMITED LICENSE

3.1 License to Use the Services


Wallseller grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services subject to these Terms of Service.


All proprietary Content, trademarks, service marks, brand names, logos, designs, and other intellectual property displayed on the Site are owned by or licensed to Wallseller or their respective owners.


No right, title, or interest in any intellectual property is granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.


You agree not to:


copy or reproduce the Site or its Content;

distribute or republish Content without authorization;

publicly display or perform Content without permission;

modify or adapt the Services;

rent, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the Services;

create derivative works from the Services;

mirror or frame the Site on another server or website without prior written permission; or

use robots, spiders, bots, crawlers, or other automated or manual processes to monitor, copy, or collect Content without authorization.

3.2 Links to Wallseller


You may link to the Wallseller Site from your website provided that your website does not falsely imply an endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or association with Wallseller.


Wallseller may discontinue any Service, either partially or completely, subject to applicable law.


4. SOFTWARE


Any software provided by Wallseller as part of the Services is subject to these Terms of Service.


Wallseller retains all rights to such software that are not expressly granted to you under these Terms.


Third-party scripts, software, or code linked to or referenced by the Services may be licensed directly to you by their respective owners and are not necessarily owned or licensed by Wallseller.


5. ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY

5.1 Account Registration and Third-Party Links


Certain Services may require you to create an Account using a unique User ID, email address, password, or other authentication information.


Wallseller reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Account if the selected User ID or account information is inappropriate, misleading, offensive, or violates these Terms.


If you use your Wallseller Account to access third-party services or websites, Wallseller is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, security practices, or activities of those third parties.


5.2 Account Security and User Responsibility


You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.


You should log out after each session and immediately notify Wallseller if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.


You are responsible for activities conducted through your Account unless otherwise required by applicable law.


Wallseller will not be responsible for losses caused by your failure to protect your login credentials or follow reasonable security practices.


5.3 Account Suspension or Termination


Wallseller may suspend, restrict, or terminate an Account where permitted by applicable law, including where there is evidence of:


prolonged Account inactivity;

violation of these Terms of Service;

fraudulent, illegal, abusive, or harassing behavior;

operation of multiple Accounts for prohibited purposes;

voucher or promotion misuse;

unpaid balances;

use of unauthorized software or tools;

activities that may harm other Users or Wallseller; or

other serious violations of Wallseller policies.


Where required by law, potentially illegal activities may be reported to the appropriate authorities.


5.4 Voluntary Account Termination


You may request termination of your Account by contacting Wallseller through the designated support channel.


Before closing your Account, you remain responsible for completing any pending orders, payments, refunds, deliveries, or other obligations.


5.5 Eligible Locations


You may create an Account and access the Services only where Wallseller makes the Services available and where such use is permitted by applicable law.


5.6 Seller Sub-Accounts


Where the feature is available, Sellers may create Sub-Accounts to assist with managing their main Account.


Sub-Accounts:


may only be used for authorized account-management purposes;

are subject to the same applicable rules as the main Account;

must be properly managed by the main Account holder; and

remain the responsibility of the main Account holder.


Wallseller may modify, restrict, suspend, or terminate Sub-Accounts where permitted by these Terms or applicable law.


6. TERMS OF USE

6.1 License Duration


Your license to use the Site and Services remains effective until terminated.


Wallseller may suspend or terminate access where you breach these Terms of Service or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.


6.2 Prohibited Activities


You agree not to use the Services to:


upload, post, transmit, or share unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or privacy-invasive Content;

violate applicable local, national, or international laws;

violate third-party rights;

upload or share Content involving the exploitation or abuse of minors;

impersonate another person or organization;

misrepresent your identity or affiliation;

manipulate technical headers or identifiers to disguise the source of Content;

remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;

modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Services without permission;

use the Services for unauthorized commercial purposes;

engage in fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or dishonest conduct;

create or operate multiple Accounts to circumvent these Terms;

access Wallseller through unauthorized bots, emulators, scripts, or software;

manipulate product prices or interfere with other Sellers' listings;

manipulate ratings, reviews, or feedback systems;

attempt to hack, reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass security measures;

collect personal information about other Users without authorization;

distribute Content that you do not have the legal right to distribute;

infringe patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights;

distribute spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or unauthorized promotional materials;

upload viruses, worms, Trojan horses, malware, or other harmful code;

interfere with communications or the normal operation of the Services;

disrupt or damage Wallseller servers or networks;

overload or impair Wallseller infrastructure;

violate applicable anti-money laundering or other financial regulations;

circumvent applicable sanctions or trade restrictions;

stalk, harass, threaten, or violate the privacy of others;

infringe the intellectual property or other rights of Wallseller or third parties; or

collect or store personal information for any prohibited activity.

6.3 User Content


You are solely responsible for Content that you upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Site.


Wallseller does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or reliability of User Content.


You understand that you may encounter Content that you consider offensive, inappropriate, or objectionable.


To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wallseller is not responsible for User Content or for losses arising from your reliance on such Content.


6.4 Content Moderation


Wallseller may, at its discretion and where permitted by law, review, refuse, remove, restrict, suspend, or disable access to Content.


This may occur when Content:


violates these Terms;

violates Wallseller policies;

is reported by another User;

is subject to an intellectual property complaint;

is subject to a legal request; or

is otherwise considered inappropriate or harmful.


Wallseller may also restrict communications when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, Users, or the platform.


6.5 Disclosure of Information


Wallseller may access, preserve, or disclose Account information, Content, or other information where reasonably necessary to:


comply with applicable law;

respond to lawful government or regulatory requests;

comply with court orders;

enforce these Terms of Service;

protect the rights or property of Wallseller;

protect Users or the public; or

prevent fraud, abuse, or other unlawful activity.

7. VIOLATION OF OUR TERMS OF SERVICE

7.1 Enforcement Actions


Violations of these Terms may result in one or more of the following actions:


removal or deletion of listings;

restrictions on Account privileges;

temporary Account suspension;

permanent Account termination;

cancellation or restriction of transactions;

withholding of funds where legally permitted;

legal action; or

reporting to relevant authorities where required.

7.2 Reporting Violations


If you believe that a User is violating these Terms of Service, please contact Wallseller through the official customer-support channel.

8. REPORTING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS INFRINGEMENT

8.1 Intellectual Property Protection


Wallseller respects intellectual property rights and does not permit listings that infringe the intellectual property rights of brands, manufacturers, creators, or other rights holders.


8.2 Independent Sellers


Unless expressly stated otherwise, Users are independent individuals or businesses.


Sellers are not employees, agents, representatives, partners, or affiliates of Wallseller solely because they use the platform.


Wallseller does not own the merchandise listed by independent Sellers.


8.3 Intellectual Property Complaints

If you are an intellectual property rights owner or an authorized representative and believe that your rights have been infringed, you may contact Wallseller and provide sufficient information and documentation to support your claim.

Wallseller will review valid complaints and take appropriate action where required.

8.4 Complaint Requirements

An intellectual property complaint may require:

an electronic or physical signature of the rights owner or authorized representative;

evidence of ownership;

identification of the allegedly infringing Content;

the relevant product listing or page;

complete contact information;

a statement that the complaint is made in good faith;

confirmation that the information provided is accurate; and

confirmation that the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner.

8.5 Private Distribution Agreements


Private agreements between brands, manufacturers, distributors, or Sellers regarding exclusive distribution or minimum advertised pricing do not necessarily constitute intellectual property infringement.


Enforcement of such private agreements generally remains a matter between the contractual parties unless Wallseller is legally required to take action.


8.6 Seller Indemnification


Sellers may be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and costs arising from intellectual property violations connected with their listings, subject to applicable law and any separate agreement between the Seller and Wallseller.


9. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT

9.1 Payment Options


Wallseller may support one or more payment methods for customer transactions.


Available payment methods may vary depending on location, transaction type, and other applicable conditions.


9.2 Changing Payment Methods


Buyers may change their selected payment method only before the payment transaction has been completed, where such functionality is available.


9.3 Payment Information


Buyers are responsible for ensuring that shipping and payment information entered during checkout is accurate.


Wallseller is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information submitted by a Buyer, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.


Wallseller may verify whether a Buyer is authorized to use a particular payment method and may suspend or cancel a transaction where appropriate.


10. SELLER BALANCE

10.1 Seller Balance


Seller Balance represents funds received by a Seller through sales on Wallseller, after applicable deductions, adjustments, refunds, fees, or withdrawals.


10.2 Withdrawals


Where withdrawal functionality is available, Sellers may request transfers from their Seller Balance to a supported bank account or payment account.


Processing times may vary depending on banking institutions, payment providers, verification requirements, weekends, holidays, and other circumstances.


10.3 Payment Information


Where third-party payment providers are used, Sellers must provide accurate payment details necessary to receive funds.


10.4 Seller Payments


Subject to applicable policies, payment for goods sold through Wallseller may be credited to the Seller's wallet or Seller Balance after the applicable delivery, confirmation, or payment-release conditions have been satisfied.


10.5 Withdrawal Requests


Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be modified or cancelled where processing has already started.


10.6 Transaction Errors


If an error occurs in processing a transaction, Wallseller may take reasonable corrective action, including correcting debit or credit entries, subject to applicable law.


10.7 Adjustments to Seller Balance


Where permitted by applicable law, Wallseller may make adjustments to Seller Balance in connection with:


correction of transaction errors;

suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity;

lost, damaged, or incorrect items;

promotions, offers, or discounts;

unpaid fees;

transaction disputes;

prohibited items;

customs or regulatory issues;

buyer and seller transaction adjustments; or

authorized advertising-credit purchases.

10.8 Inactive or Terminated Accounts


Where permitted by law, Wallseller may apply reasonable administrative procedures to remaining Seller Balances associated with suspended, terminated, or inactive Accounts.


11. WALLSELLER GUARANTEE

11.1 Buyer Protection


Where offered, the Wallseller Guarantee is a service designed to provide additional protection for eligible purchases made through supported Wallseller payment channels.


Payments may be held temporarily until the applicable conditions for release are satisfied.


11.2 Release of Purchase Funds


After a Buyer makes payment, funds may be held until one of the following occurs:


the Buyer confirms receipt of the goods;

the applicable protection period expires;

a return or refund request is approved;

a dispute is resolved; or

Wallseller reasonably determines that release or distribution of the funds is appropriate in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

Payments made outside the Wallseller platform may not be covered by Wallseller Guarantee.

11.3 Guarantee Period

Where applicable, payments processed through Wallseller may be held for a specified protection period.


The applicable protection period and any extension options will be communicated through the Site or relevant policy.


12. DELIVERY

12.1 Seller Delivery Responsibilities


Wallseller may notify Sellers when payment has been received.


Unless otherwise agreed, Sellers are responsible for arranging delivery of purchased items and providing applicable delivery information, such as the shipping company and tracking number.


12.2 Delivery Time


Sellers should use reasonable efforts to ensure that Buyers receive purchased items within the estimated delivery period displayed on the Site or specified in the Seller's listing.


12.3 Delivery Risks


Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Sellers are responsible for risks associated with delivery of purchased items and should obtain appropriate shipping protection or insurance where appropriate.


If an item is lost, damaged, or not delivered, the Buyer or Seller may need to contact the relevant logistics provider and follow the applicable dispute process.


12.4 International Transactions


For international transactions, Buyers and Sellers are responsible for understanding applicable import, export, customs, tax, and regulatory requirements.


Wallseller does not provide legal or tax advice regarding international transactions.


12.5 Shipping Charges


Shipping charges will be displayed or communicated to the Buyer before completion of the purchase where applicable.


Responsibility for shipping charges may vary depending on the shipping method, Seller policy, promotions, and applicable Wallseller policies.


12.6 Logistics Services


Where Wallseller provides or facilitates logistics services, such services may be provided by Wallseller or independent third-party logistics providers.


13. CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND

13.1 Order Cancellation


A Buyer may cancel an order before the applicable payment or order-processing stage, subject to the cancellation policy displayed by Wallseller.


13.2 Returns and Refunds


Buyers may request returns or refunds within the applicable protection period, subject to the Wallseller Refund and Return Policy.


13.3 Transaction Cancellation by Wallseller


Wallseller may cancel or restrict a transaction where permitted by law, including where there is evidence of fraud, policy violations, payment problems, prohibited products, or other circumstances requiring cancellation.


Where appropriate, the Buyer may receive a refund in accordance with the applicable policy.


13.4 Offline Payments


Wallseller may not be able to monitor or protect transactions completed outside the platform.


13.5 Refund Processing


Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method or Wallseller wallet, subject to processing times and the relevant refund policy.


14. SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES

14.1 Accurate Listings


Sellers must ensure that product listings contain accurate and up-to-date information, including:


product prices;

product descriptions;

product images;

inventory quantities;

product specifications;

shipping information;

terms and conditions of sale; and

other information required by Wallseller.


Sellers must not publish false, inaccurate, or misleading information.


14.2 Product Pricing


Sellers are responsible for setting the selling price of their products.


Where applicable, Sellers must comply with all applicable taxes, duties, fees, and regulatory requirements relating to their sales.


14.3 Promotions


Wallseller may, where permitted, offer promotions, discounts, campaigns, or other incentives designed to encourage transactions between Buyers and Sellers.


The final price paid by the Buyer will reflect any applicable promotion or adjustment displayed at checkout.


14.4 Promotion of Listings


To promote products listed by Sellers, Wallseller may display listings on its own websites, applications, marketing channels, or third-party platforms, subject to applicable policies.


14.5 Receipts and Invoices


Sellers may be required to provide receipts, invoices, or other transaction documents where required by applicable law or requested by the Buyer.


14.6 Taxes


Sellers are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable tax obligations relating to their sales.


Wallseller does not provide individual legal or tax advice.


14.7 Policy Violations


Violation of Wallseller policies may result in enforcement actions described in Section 7 of these Terms.


15. PAID ADVERTISING

15.1 Advertising Services


Wallseller may provide keyword advertising, promotional placements, sponsored listings, flash-sale advertising, and other paid advertising services.


Sellers who purchase paid advertising services agree to comply with the applicable advertising rules and these Terms of Service.


15.2 Eligibility


To purchase certain advertising services, a Seller may need to meet specific eligibility requirements.


Wallseller may restrict advertising access for Accounts that are suspended, restricted, or otherwise not eligible.


15.3 Advertising Credits


Where advertising credits are available, Sellers may purchase credits to pay for advertising services.


Advertising credits may be subject to applicable taxes, expiration periods, usage restrictions, and other conditions displayed at the time of purchase.


Unless otherwise stated, advertising credits may not be refundable after the applicable purchase or advertising service has been activated.


15.4 Automatic Advertising Credit Reload


Where available, Sellers may enable automatic advertising-credit reloads.


By enabling this feature, the Seller authorizes Wallseller to deduct the selected amount from the Seller's available balance or designated payment method according to the applicable settings.


15.5 Keyword Advertising


Sellers may be able to purchase keyword advertising when listing products or after a listing has been created.


Depending on the advertising service, Sellers may select:


advertising budget;

keywords;

campaign duration;

products; and

other campaign settings.


Advertising services will operate according to the settings and rules applicable to the selected campaign.


15.6 Flash Deal Advertising


Where available, Sellers may purchase or participate in Flash Deal advertising campaigns.


Wallseller may determine whether a product qualifies for a particular campaign.


Advertising credits used for a campaign may not be transferable or refundable unless otherwise stated in the applicable advertising rules.


15.7 Compliance of Advertised Products


Products advertised through Wallseller must comply with:


applicable laws and regulations;

these Terms of Service;

Wallseller advertising rules; and

Wallseller's Prohibited and Restricted Items Policy.


Wallseller may remove advertising or listings that violate these requirements.


15.8 No Guarantee of Results


Wallseller does not guarantee that paid advertising will increase product views, ratings, sales, revenue, or profits.


15.9 Seller Advertising Responsibility


Sellers should consider their budget and advertising objectives before purchasing advertising services.


Except where otherwise required by law, Wallseller does not guarantee any particular advertising result.


15.10 Limitation of Advertising Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, if Wallseller is found liable in connection with paid advertising services, its liability will be limited to the amount paid by the affected Seller for the relevant advertising services, unless a greater amount is required by applicable law.
